Staat Und Organization has contributed this piece to the series of the Kesyahidan label (specialized in ritual and horror music, dedicated to very exclusive and super-limited editions using wood, metals, and inserts of various types, all always very accurate). Starting from a normal song "The Psychiatric Report" (a bit Nurse With Wound style), which reports an interview with a psychiatric patient (lasting 5 minutes): the track is dilated and becomes a single long track of 70 minutes , here called "The Complete Psychiatric Report". The development is interesting, with various interventions that make everything always in motion, unlike the original song, the entire interview appears here and all the added interventions are original and therefore not present in the original track.
